Ritten is hiring a Content Creator to lead the creation and publishing of content across social media, blogs, and our website, and to support thought leadership initiatives with our leadership team and subject matter experts. This is a hands-on role for a strong writer and modern content operator who can turn ideas into high-quality content, maintain a steady cadence, and improve performance over time.
What You’ll Do
Social media

Own day-to-day content creation and publishing across Ritten’s social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok.

Create platform-native content (posts, threads, short scripts, carousels, simple video concepts) aligned with our brand voice and messaging.

Build and manage a content calendar tied to launches, campaigns, product updates, and key narratives.

Monitor performance, iterate on formats and hooks, and help grow engagement and audience quality.
Blog & editorial

Write, edit, and publish blog content that communicates Ritten’s perspective and expertise.

Build an editorial roadmap: topic ideation, outlines, drafts, internal reviews, publishing, and refreshes.

Repurpose long-form content into social posts, website updates, and other assets to extend reach and lifespan.
Website content

Draft and update website copy across landing pages, feature pages, FAQs, announcements, and other core pages.

Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with positioning; optimize copy for readability and SEO fundamentals.

Collaborate with Design/Product to improve UX copy and keep the site accurate as the product evolves.
Thought leadership

Partner with leaders and SMEs to develop thought leadership content (e.g., LinkedIn posts/articles, blog bylines, POV pieces, talking points).

Interview internal experts and translate raw ideas into polished, authentic content that sounds like the author.

Build repeatable processes for capturing insights and turning them into a consistent publishing rhythm.
Content operations & quality

Manage lightweight workflows: intake, drafting, approvals, publishing, and measurement.

Maintain editorial standards: clarity, structure, accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.

Track results and report on key metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) to guide ongoing improvements.
What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of experience creating content for a brand, startup, agency, or publication (or equivalent portfolio).

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for social, blog, and web.

Strong content execution: you can take a concept from idea to published asset reliably and quickly.

Comfortable interviewing SMEs and turning complex topics into clear, compelling content.

Working knowledge of SEO basics (search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking).

Familiarity with CMS publishing (Webflow, WordPress, or similar) and social analytics.
Nice to Have
-
Experience ghostwriting for executives or supporting founder-led content.

Basic design or light production skills (Canva, Figma collaboration, simple video editing).

Experience in B2B SaaS healthcare

Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve.
