Job Summary

Melodica is looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content for our digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish content across multiple social media channels while aligning with Melodica’s brand, products, and audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original and engaging video and photo content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Plan and execute content ideas including reels, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes, product showcases, educational and promotional content
• Film and edit content using mobile devices or cameras
• Write captions, hooks, and basic scripts aligned with brand tone
• Post content consistently across platforms and manage scheduling
• Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, and formats
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and showroom teams to capture content
• Maintain brand consistency across all content
• Assist with basic performance tracking (views, engagement, reach)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Content Producer
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok content formats
• Ability to shoot and edit videos independently
• Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others on camera
• Basic copywriting and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple content pieces weekly

Preferred

• Background in music, instruments, education, or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of UAE social media trends
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)
• Experience working with influencers or UGC
