We are a leading company in the real estate and construction industry, We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator with experience in the real estate / construction industries to join our marketing team.

Job Summary:
As a Content Creator, you will develop engaging and informative content that highlights our projects, services, and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for digital platforms (website, social media, email, blogs, etc.)
• Create written, visual, and video content showcasing real estate listings, construction projects, behind-the-scenes operations, and company milestones.
• Conduct interviews with project managers, clients, and team members to generate authentic and insightful content.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in real estate and construction marketing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in content creation, in real estate, construction, or related industries. MANDATORY
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating video content (filming, editing, basic production).
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
