Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content for our ERP product, including help documentation, client guides, website blogs, and supporting quality assurance (QA) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain ERP product help files and user documentation for clients
• Write engaging and SEO-friendly blog content for company website
• Prepare user manuals, tutorials, and feature explanations
• Assist in Quality Assurance (QA) testing of ERP modules
• Coordinate with development team to understand product updates and features
• Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in content writing
• Bachelor’s degree (English, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration)
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or software documentation preferred
• Knowledge of SEO and blog writing techniques
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
