Content Creator

Palette & Pixel is looking for a Content Creator who can conceptualize and produce engaging digital content for brands and products.

The role focuses on creating short-form video content, brand storytelling, and social media visuals that help products launch, gain visibility, and connect with audiences.

The ideal candidate understands modern social media trends, content formats, and storytelling techniques, and can work closely with the strategy, design, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging short-form video content including:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok-style videos
• YouTube Shorts
• Develop product-focused storytelling content
• Create behind-the-scenes and brand storytelling content

Content Ideation

• Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas
• Stay updated with social media trends and formats
• Translate brand messaging into engaging content

On-Camera & Creator Content

• Appear in content when required
• Create UGC-style content for ads and campaigns
• Collaborate with founders and brands for storytelling

Collaboration with Production & Design

• Work with the Infinity Studio production team for shoots
• Coordinate with designers for visual content assets
• Assist in planning content shoots and creative concepts

Campaign Content

• Create content for:
• product launches
• marketing campaigns
• brand storytelling
• ad creatives

Required Skills

Content Skills

• Strong understanding of short-form video content
• Ability to create engaging storytelling content
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Basic scripting and content planning

Technical Skills

• Comfortable shooting content on phone or camera
• Basic editing skills using:
• CapCut
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects (optional)

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Background in media, marketing, communications, or content creation

Experience:

• 1–3 years creating digital content
• Strong portfolio of reels, videos, or social media content

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
