Content Creator

This is not your typical desk-only marketing job. You’ll be out on job sites capturing project progress, creating engaging content, and bringing our story to life across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies that keep Ledegar Roofing front and center in our industry and community.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field (required)
• Experience across multiple marketing channels (social, web, print, etc.)
• Strong content creation skills – photo, video, copywriting, and design
• Ability to climb ladders and be comfortable working on job sites when needed
• Drone certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and creative problem solver
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

What You’ll Do

• Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across all platforms (social media, website, email, print, etc.)
• Create hiring ads and materials to support recruitment efforts
• Capture on-site photos and videos (including drone footage, if certified) to document project progress and showcase our work
• Coordinate and produce headshots, team features, and behind-the-scenes content
• Maintain and update company website with fresh, engaging content
• Assist with career fairs, community events, and sponsorship activities
• Monitor marketing trends and apply new ideas to keep us ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with leadership to shape and uphold Ledegar Roofing’s brand identity
