Paid Content Intern / Junior Content Creator

We’re looking for someone creative, scrappy, and a little obsessed with content.

This is not a corporate role. You won’t be sitting in meetings all day or writing boring captions no one reads. You’ll be helping create content that people actually watch, save, and share.

Perfect for a student, recent grad, or someone early in their career who wants real-world experience (and some extra cash) while building a portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, stories) from real projects
• Film + edit content (iPhone is totally fine)
• Turn everyday moments into engaging, relatable posts
• Write captions that sound natural—not like a brand trying too hard
• Bring ideas—we want your brain, not just execution
• Stay on top of trends and help us use them the right way

What We’re Looking For

• You already create content—or are constantly thinking about it
• You understand what makes a video hook people in the first 3 seconds
• You’re funny, observant, or creative (bonus if all three)
• You’re self-motivated and don’t need constant direction
• You actually follow through (this matters more than experience)

Bonus if:

• You’re into home design, remodeling, or before/after content
• You’ve edited videos before
• You’ve grown an account (even a small one)
