Content Creator

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and driven Content Creator to join our team at Midnight Creative. You’ll play a key role in bringing our theatrical productions to life across digital platforms, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and expands our brand presence.

Your primary responsibility will be to create dynamic content—ranging from social media posts, behind-the-scenes videos, and quick interviews with cast and crew—that highlights the magic of Midnight Creative’s theater shows. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies that increase audience engagement, ticket sales, and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand’s voice, focusing on promoting current and upcoming shows.
• Create captivating content, including video snippets, photography, stories, and posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Write engaging social posts, show announcements, and interviews that give audiences a deeper insight into our productions.
• Produce high-quality behind-the-scenes videos that offer fans an inside look into the creative process, rehearsals, and show development.
• Travel events are extra pay outside of your weekly compensation

Requirements

Must be 21+

Must be able to travel at least 50% of the month. Travel and accommodations are paid for.

Must be able to edit their own videos and content
