About TubeScience
At TubeScience, we create the best-performing video ads on the internet โ content so good that viewers
choose
to watch it. Weโre LAโs largest performance creative agency, and weโre looking for creators who can shoot scroll-stopping content.
Our 55,000 sq ft production facility in the Arts District has 25 sets โ everything from white cycloramas to fully built kitchens and living rooms โ plus an in-house team to help with casting, styling, and post-production.
Hereโs the thing: you donโt need a background in advertising or marketing. If you can shoot great content on a phone or camera, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and are eager to learn the strategy side โ weโll teach you the rest. The analytical thinking, the data, the performance marketing โ thatโs what our team and environment are built to develop.

What Youโll Do
-
Shoot 5โ10 pieces of content per day across a variety of DTC brands, collaborating with a Creative Strategist or Creative Strategy Lead

Create content across categories โ haircare, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, pet products, food & beverage, apps, and more
-
Shoot and edit content on your phone โ fast, scrappy iPhone content and B-roll
-
Be on camera (UGC-style) and collaborate with others โ friends, creators, and actors

Use performance data to guide what you shoot next

What You Bring
-
Experience creating video content for social media (portfolio required)
-
On-camera experience or UGC background
-
Ability to shoot high-quality video on an iPhone
-
Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
-
Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs

Organized, communicative, and fast-moving
