Duties

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand voice, marketing goals, and audience interests.
• Conduct social listening to monitor trends, audience feedback, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
• Utilize graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets.
• Manage social media accounts using platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts.
• Perform keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings.
• Edit videos using video editing software to produce engaging multimedia content for campaigns and social media.
• Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring content quality through proofreading and editing.
• Track web analytics with tools like Google Analytics and Web Analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
• Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through effective public relations and relationship management efforts.

Skills

• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience in content creation across diverse formats including blogs, videos, images, and social media posts.
• Ability to perform social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends.
• Skilled in video editing software to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for error-free content delivery.
