Duties

• Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia assets
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engine visibility and increase organic traffic
• Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools
• Engage in social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content strategies
• Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
• Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement while tracking ROI effectively
• Proofread all content meticulously to maintain high standards of accuracy, grammar, and tone before publishing
• Support relationship management efforts by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering community growth
• Assist in photography and video editing projects to produce original visual content that enhances storytelling efforts

Experience

• Proven experience in content creation within a digital marketing or social media environment
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
• Experience in digital advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social media channels is highly desirable
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in written content
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
