Saphire Event Group is seeking a creative, organized, and trend-driven Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about weddings, hospitality, social media, and storytelling who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Content Creator will play a key role in elevating the visibility of our wedding venues and hospitality brands through engaging content, strategic marketing initiatives, social media management, and brand storytelling across all platforms.
This position requires creativity, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay ahead of emerging social media and marketing trends.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content including Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories, blogs, and promotional campaigns
- Manage and maintain content calendars across multiple brands and platforms
- Capture real-time event footage and venue content for marketing use
- Create innovative content based on wedding, hospitality, and social media trends
- Assist with marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotions, and brand partnerships
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on lead generation and promotional initiatives
- Monitor social media analytics and campaign performance to improve engagement and inquiries
- Assist with website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital asset organization
- Coordinate with photographers, vendors, and creative partners for content collection and approvals
- Support photo shoots, tasting events, networking events, and marketing activations
- Research industry trends, venue competition, and emerging social media opportunities
- Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, content development, and campaign optimization
- Assist with company newsletters, client gifting programs, and marketing administrative tasks
- Travel to all venue locations as needed
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and content management systems
- Strong copywriting, creative writing, and communication skills
- Passion for weddings, hospitality, events, and guest experience
- Understanding of social media strategy, engagement trends, and platform algorithms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices
- Photography, video editing, and graphic design experience preferred
- Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows is a plus
- Must be energetic, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and content capture
