A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Content Production + Production

You’ll run point on the full content flywheel from idea capture to editing to distribution.

You will manage; CEO Personal Brand, OTHR Agency, Fifth Street DMC, and Roam Rental Co (to start!) all with unique personalities with ease, frequency, personality, and depth.

You’ll publish consistently across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube with content that actually performs.

You’ll alchemize one idea into 10+ assets with systems that scale

You will work with the team to show audiences the heart behind the work- what we do, who does it, why its important, how we add value.
Brand Voice & Messaging

You protect the voice. You refine it. You replicate it across platforms with precision so everything sounds unmistakably OMC.

You support sales team to refine their vision on blogs and ensure all of our content speaks the same language

You submit our work for press inclusions and event awards to ensure that our brand is recognized within the industry and beyond as the best of the best.
Audience Growth & Community Engagement

Content Engine Systems & Operations

You create order in the chaos. Workflows, calendars, repurposing systems, dashboards; you build the machine that keeps content moving without bottlenecks..

You know Canva, Adobe, Squarespace, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn scheduling platforms, and anything else that gives leverage.
