Content Creator

Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and commercially driven Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, and marketing campaigns across golf, leisure, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences.

The role will focus heavily on creating social-first content including videography, photography, reels, short-form videos, event coverage, and promotional campaigns for digital platforms and mobile applications.

This is an on-site Abu Dhabi role, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are already based in Abu Dhabi. Applications from other Emirates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop reels, stories, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns
• Capture golf, hospitality, leisure, lifestyle, events, and tournament-related content
• Support day-to-day social media activities and content publishing
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity

Videography & Photography

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and videography content
• Cover golf tournaments, events, activations, promotions, and hospitality experiences
• Coordinate and manage content shoots across different venues and departments
• Ensure content is optimized for different digital platforms and formats

Creative Design & Editing

• Design social media creatives, promotional assets, and marketing collateral
• Edit videos using professional editing software and mobile editing tools
• Support marketing campaigns with engaging visual storytelling
• Create trending and platform-relevant content to improve engagement and reach

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activity
• Support basic performance reporting and engagement tracking

Events & Brand Activations

• Attend and support golf tournaments, hospitality events, padel events, and corporate activations
• Capture live event content and provide real-time social media coverage
• Support guest engagement initiatives through digital storytelling

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong videography, photography, and editing skills
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital content trends
• Ability to create engaging reels and short-form content
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules when required
• Candidates must already be based in Abu Dhabi (Applications from other Emirates will not be considered)

Preferred Background

• Experience within hospitality, golf, sports, luxury, tourism, or lifestyle industries
• Passion for digital storytelling and social media trends
• Experience creating content for brands, events, or hospitality venues
