Content Creator / Ads Manager / Video Editor (WFH) – Fixed Hours, Fixed Pay

We’re hiring a Content Creator / Ads Manager / Video Editor for a growing cleaning business.

This is a remote work-from-home role with fixed hours and fixed pay.

We are specifically looking for someone with experience in both:

• Ads management
• Content creation

You should be comfortable not only managing campaigns, but also creating the content and ad creatives needed to improve performance.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook ad campaigns
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Create content for social media and paid advertising
• Edit videos and design ad creatives
• Test new hooks, offers, visuals, and messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and improve results
• Help generate more leads and bookings for the business

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Meta/Facebook Ads
• Strong experience with Google Ads
• Strong experience with content creation
• Video editing skills for short-form videos and ad creatives
• Ability to create content that is not just visually good, but also helps convert
• Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Bonus if you’ve worked with local service businesses
