We’re hiring a Content Creator / Ads Manager / Video Editor for a growing cleaning business.
This is a remote work-from-home role with fixed hours and fixed pay.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in both:
- Ads management
- Content creation
You should be comfortable not only managing campaigns, but also creating the content and ad creatives needed to improve performance.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook ad campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Create content for social media and paid advertising
- Edit videos and design ad creatives
- Test new hooks, offers, visuals, and messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and improve results
- Help generate more leads and bookings for the business
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with Meta/Facebook Ads
- Strong experience with Google Ads
- Strong experience with content creation
- Video editing skills for short-form videos and ad creatives
- Ability to create content that is not just visually good, but also helps convert
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Bonus if you’ve worked with local service businesses
