Content Creator and Ads Specialist

Position: Social Media Content Creator & Ads Specialist (Real Estate Marketing)
Location: Karachi
Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate content preferred)

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to develop high-quality videos, photos, and social media content for our real estate projects. If you have strong editing skills, on-ground shooting experience, and a passion for real estate marketing, apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
• Develop graphics, videos, and written content for digital campaigns

· Shoot and edit property walkthrough videos

· Create engaging reels, stories, and marketing content

· Develop visual content for brochures & ads

· Capture construction updates, site visits & project highlights

· Work closely with marketing & sales teams

Requirements:

· Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere/ Illustrator/ CapCut/ Final Cut)

· Good photography/videography skills

· Creativity + understanding of real estate audiences

· Ability to meet deadlines and work on-site when needed

· Must be Graduate.
