We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategy-driven Content Creator & Editor to strengthen our brand voice and student engagement.
Role Overview
The Content Creator & Editor will be responsible for developing, editing, and managing high-quality content across digital platforms. This role requires strong storytelling skills, visual creativity, and the ability to communicate complex study-abroad processes in a simple and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website blogs
- Develop scripts for reels, short videos, and promotional campaigns
- Write captions, newsletters, student success stories, and educational guides
- Produce content explaining Finland study programs, visa processes, and student life
Editing & Quality Control
- Edit video content (reels, testimonials, informational videos)
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
- Proofread and edit written content for clarity and accuracy
- Maintain structured content calendars
Strategy & Growth
- Research trends in study abroad, Finland education, and student migration
- Plan and execute content campaigns aligned with lead-generation goals
- Analyze engagement metrics and improve content performance
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team
Required Skills
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools)
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or Photoshop preferred)
- Understanding of social media algorithms
- SEO knowledge for blogs and website content
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the study abroad or education sector (preferred but not mandatory)
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
- On-camera confidence for video content (optional but beneficial)
- Knowledge of the Finland education system is an advantage
