Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. We prefer that you have had experience in the hospitality market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have experience in creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity. Prefer a candidate with Restaurant experience. This role requires proficiency in various design software and a solid grasp of digital marketing and graphic design strategies to effectively communicate our message across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for seasonal menus, events, and promotions. Take initiatives to develop marketing strategies that drive traffic and increase brand awareness, both online and offline.
- Creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, branding assets, brochures, advertisements, and presentations. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, with strong skills in visual communication, typography, layout design, and brand consistency. Adept at transforming ideas into engaging visual content that enhances brand identity, captures audience attention, and supports marketing and business objectives.
- Social Media Management: Manage digital marketing efforts. Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter.). In addition to optimizing SEO, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines. Create engaging content that showcases the restaurant's dishes, ambiance, and unique Italian dining experience.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to online reviews and social media inquiries professionally. Oversee customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat business and improve customer retention.
- Event Coordination: Support in organizing in-house events and local community partnerships. Work with the design team or create graphics and videos as needed. Plan and execute promotions and events, such as holiday specials, cooking classes, wine pairing nights, and other community-driven initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and provide reports on engagement and ROI. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and customer feedback to adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with photographers and designers for promotional materials. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate representation of menu offerings in marketing materials. Manage restaurant branding and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and physical spaces.
- Develop and design visual content for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, packaging, and branding assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs support organizational goals.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Assist in managing relationships with advertising partners and influencers. Engage with the local community to build relationships and partnerships with other businesses, influencers, and media outlets. Coordinate with the PR team to handle press inquiries, media relations, and guest appearances.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of work. Prefer experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing strategies is preferred.
- Knowledge of product management principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Advanced Knowledge of Adobe software, in Design and illustrator
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Creative graphic design and photography skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- 4-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or food service.
