Content Creator and Media Specialist

We are a fast-growing family of product brands operating under one roof in Fredericksburg, TX, and we are looking for a talented, self-motivated Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to own the creative and marketing output across all of our brands.

This is a full-time, on-site position. You will work hands-on with our products every day, building real product knowledge that translates directly into authentic, compelling content. Our brands span firearms accessories, precision CNC machining, dive gear, consumer products, and additional brands in fishing and outdoor lifestyle on the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, shoot, and edit product photography and video content across all brands

• Create and manage social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms

• Design digital and print marketing materials including ads, banners, and promotional graphics

• Design and iterate on product packaging

• Build and send email newsletters using AI-assisted tools with your editorial oversight

• Perform minor website content updates — adding products, uploading images, updating copy

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all brands

• Manage a content calendar to ensure regular publishing across all platforms

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Demonstrated experience in product photography and video production

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business

• Strong graphic design skills across digital and print

• Ability to write and edit compelling copy, including editing AI-generated content

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously

• Portfolio of work required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Genuine enthusiasm for firearms, fishing, diving, or outdoor lifestyle

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar)

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)

• Drone photography or videography experience

• Knowledge of FFL/firearms industry marketing guidelines

• Familiarity with SEO best practices for product and blog content
