Duties

• Develop engaging multimedia content including photos, and videos to promote products and brand initiatives using different plataforms.
• Conduct keyword research to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our e-commerce platform.
• Oversee social media marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase brand awareness and sales conversions.
• Engage with followers and customers through relationship management efforts to foster loyalty and community growth both online and within the retail store.
• Coordinate photography sessions for product shoots and store events, utilizing video editing skills to produce captivating visual stories.
• Make sure everything in the store is stock and working
• Support retail store operations by assisting customers, managing inventory displays, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

Requirements

• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with customers both online and in-store.
