Content Creator and Social Media Manager

YUMI Lashes USA x Elysee Z Beauty are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to turn content into growth, visibility, and real business. This is not a slow paced, scheduled content role. This is real time execution, where speed, instinct, and strategy matter.

You will be working directly with the Beverly Hills salon team and business owner, executing daily across multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts, ensuring every post aligns with a luxury aesthetic while driving engagement, shares, and conversions.

Your role is to create content, elevate it, optimize it, and push it out at the right moment for maximum impact.

What You Will Do

• Publish and manage content across multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts daily
• Execute real time posting only with no scheduling tools
• Take raw and edited content and optimize it for performance before posting
• Use AI tools to generate captions, hooks, and concepts instantly
• Apply strong marketing strategy to every post to drive growth and engagement
• Identify trends early and adapt them to fit a luxury brand identity
• Ensure content is aligned with brand vision, tone, and positioning at all times
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance in real time
• Optimize posts using hashtags, keywords, and platform behavior
• Communicate directly with the business owner to align daily execution with goals
• Turn everyday content into viral, shareable, high retention posts

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in both social media management and marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
• Hands on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation
• Deep understanding of UGC, hashtags, and platform optimization
• Ability to move fast and make decisions without overthinking
• Strong instincts for what makes people stop, watch, replay, and share
• Experience growing accounts and driving measurable engagement
• Ability to work independently with zero hand holding

Work Environment

• Must be based in Los Angeles
• Fully on site role at our Beverly Hills location

Your Availability

• Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm PST
• Occasional nights and weekends as needed based on content opportunities and trends
