Think Loud runs TikTok Shop storefronts, live commerce broadcasts, and brand partnerships out of a world-class studio in York, PA. We're hiring a Content Creator and Social Media Manager to own the channels, shape the content, and grow our audience across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

You won't be doing it alone. You'll work alongside our live hosts and producers, who feed you a steady stream of broadcast footage to cut, repurpose, and amplify. Your job is to turn that raw material into a publishing engine.

If you can write a hook, edit a Reel, and read a metrics dashboard, this is your seat.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Build and run content calendars across multiple brands inside the Think Loud ecosystem
• Edit and repurpose livestream footage into short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Shoot supplemental content as needed, behind the scenes, product spotlights, trend pieces
• Design graphics, thumbnails, and campaign assets in Canva, Figma, or Adobe
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and trend monitoring
• Track performance and report on what's working, what's not, and what to test next
• Collaborate with hosts, producers, and brand partners on creative campaigns

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

• Have a portfolio of content that performed, follower counts, views, or sales
• Know TikTok inside out, the trends, the sounds, the algorithm
• Can shoot and edit on your phone or in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
• Have a strong eye for design and brand consistency
• Move fast, manage multiple brands at once, and don't need hand-holding
• Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, live commerce, or influencer partnerships
