RemotelyHR is hiring on behalf of French Florist
Content Creator & Strategist
French Florist | Los Angeles
At French Florist, we believe brand isn’t what we say—it’s what people feel when they see,
hear, and share us. We’re looking for a Content Creator who can capture that feeling and
translate it into visuals, videos, and stories people want to spread. Someone who can turn
everyday moments into viral movements.
Someone Who Knows How To Make Content So
authentic, so emotionally charged, and so contagious, it drives both culture and revenue.
Someone who is as obsessed with flowers, luxury brands, and details as we are.
If you live at the intersection of photography, video, editing, and social storytelling, and have the
instincts to create content that takes off, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Social Content Planning and Strategy
-
Own the monthly social content calendar—concepting, planning, and executing social
media strategies, engaging themes and content pillars that align with our brand voice
and marketing goals.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams across brand, operations, product, to ensure the
right floral products and other gift items are being showcased correctly each month.
-
Partner with our franchise marketing manager to help create social guidelines that can
be utilized across the franchise to ensure a consistent brand.
Content Creation & Virality
-
Work alongside the Executive Creative Director to develop the social media narrative.
-
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram,
YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
-
Produce organic content with built-in hooks that spark shares, conversations, and
virality.
-
Experiment with trends, audio, and formats to keep content fresh and culturally relevant.
-
Transform everyday brand moments into must-watch, must-share experiences.
Emotional, Growth-Oriented Storytelling
-
Design content strategies that ladder up to both emotion and revenue growth.
-
Balance brand voice with platform-native creativity (UGC-style, lo-fi, authentic
storytelling).
-
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure content doesn’t just entertain—it converts.
Hands-On Production
-
Be on the ground for shoots—whether product styling, lifestyle storytelling, or
guerilla-style social experiments.
-
Edit fast, smart, and with an eye for pacing, humor, and emotional punch.
-
Repurpose content across channels without losing authenticity.
Collaboration and Experimentation
-
Develop a process to ensure product accuracy and seasonal trends.
-
Pitch bold content ideas and run with them—owning everything from concept to final
edit.
-
Push the team into new creative territory while keeping execution nimble and scrappy.
Posting and Performance Tracking
-
Own day-to-day posting and account management and will manage contractors in
community engagement and retagging, making sure our channels stay active,
responsive, and on-brand.
-
Monitor performance, track trends, and continuously optimize content to grow reach,
boost engagement, and drive meaningful results.
-
Work alongside performance and brand teams to test, learn, and optimize.

This is a hands-on creator role—not just a strategist. You’ll be the person behind the lens, the
edit, the viral moment. You’ll touch everything from unboxing videos to cultural TikTok hooks,

everywhere, and your work will be seen by millions.
