Piñata Farms is an AI-powered meme and video creation app backed by top Silicon Valley investors. Our mission: make the internet funnier and get Piñata Farms to the top of the App Store charts.


We're not looking for someone to grow a following on social media. We're looking for someone who turns content into paying customers.


What You'll Do:

You'll work directly with our CEO and VP of Product to create content that makes people stop and think: "What app is that? I need to download it right now."


  • Identify organic use cases for app features — spot how real people are already using the app and find the audience who would pay to do the same thing
  • Match features to audiences with precision — find the niche of people who would love a feature, create content aimed directly at them, and make them feel like they need this app
  • Edit fast and clean in CapCut (non-negotiable)
  • Stay ahead of the AI tool landscape — you're already testing new models the week they drop
  • Know what's hype and what actually drives installs — and use that judgment to build better content faster
  • Prompt AI video tools — Sora, Google VEO 3, Runway, Kling, and whatever just launched yesterday
  • Turn app features into content that creates genuine purchase intent — not just curiosity
  • Obsess over click-through to download, App Store conversion, and the quality of users you're bringing in
  • Own your account strategy end-to-end: warm-up cycles, post timing, shadowban awareness, velocity curves
  • Walk in on day one with a content strategy — not a list of questions
  • Zoom out, identify what moves the needle, and prioritize ruthlessly
  • Self-manage your workload — we do daily syncs, not daily check-ins on whether you started
  • Ship. Don't overthink. Test constantly.


You're the Right Fit If You:

✅ Have used AI to create content that drove real downstream action — not just engagement

✅ Are actively tinkering with new AI tools on a weekly basis — not just keeping tabs on them

✅ Have a deep, up-to-date understanding of how TikTok works — algorithm, trends, and all

✅ Can create content that feels genuinely organic — never like an ad

✅ Have strong prioritization skills and can clearly defend the decisions you make with your time

✅ Come in with a point of view, not a blank slate

✅ Edit at expert level in CapCut

✅ Take feedback well, integrate it fast, and keep moving

✅ Don't freeze when priorities shift — you adapt and communicate

❌ Define success by views, likes, or follower growth

❌ Make content to entertain — not to convert

❌ Think AI fluency means knowing how to use ChatGPT

❌ Are still "exploring" AI tools — we need someone already deep in the weeds

❌ Need step-by-step direction to start or finish a task

❌ Wait to be told there's a problem instead of flagging it yourself

❌ Confuse being busy with being effective


What Day 1 Looks Like:

You won't spend your first week getting oriented. You'll arrive with a content strategy in hand that aims to drive installs from paying customers — your read on what Piñata Farms should be posting, what's driving installs in the mobile app space right now, and how you'd test it. We'll refine it together. Then we execute.


How We Measure Success:

  • 📲 App Store conversion rate
  • 📉 Cost per install (CPI)
  • 💳 Quality of user acquired (downloads that convert to paying customers)
  • 🔗 Click-through to download

Yes, views and shares matter — but only because they feed the funnel. A video with 10M views and zero installs is a failure. A video with 100K views and 10,000 paying downloads is a win.

We optimize for the bottom of the funnel, not the top.
