I’m looking for someone deeply curious, creative, driven, and maybe just a little “chronically online” in the best possible way.

You should be comfortable with social media, livestreaming, technology, and consistent online communication. A flexible schedule is preferred.

This is not a normal internship. I’m not looking for someone to quietly schedule posts and disappear into the background.

I’m looking for someone who dreams of becoming a full-time content creator but may simply need support, mentorship, and an opportunity to begin.

The ideal candidate wants real portfolio experience, hands-on involvement in building a growing media brand, and the chance to develop their own voice online. I’m looking for the kind of person who develops intense interests, goes down research rabbit holes for fun, talks passionately about ideas, learns software quickly through experimentation, and genuinely wants to grow into their own platform, personality, and career online.

This role starts under my existing brand while I mentor and teach you the behind-the-scenes side of content creation, including:

• Branding and creator identity
• Livestreaming
• SEO and audience growth
• Editing software
• Content planning and storyboarding
• Social media psychology
• Building consistency
• Developing an authentic online presence

Over time, the goal is for us to grow together as a team and eventually help you develop a channel and brand identity of your own.

At first, you would help create and post content under my platform while learning the systems and workflow. I want someone who can confidently brainstorm ideas, co-host conversations, contribute creatively, assist with technical editing and production, and potentially livestream on a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities may include:

• Participating in livestream discussions
• Brainstorming content ideas and themes
• Assisting with social media editing, posting, and engagement
• Learning video-editing, livestreaming, and production software
• Organizing clips, captions, thumbnails, or storyboards
• Researching topics, trends, and discussion ideas
• Contributing creatively to collaborative content projects

I care WAY more about personality, initiative, communication skills, and willingness to learn than I do about experience.

You do not need:

• A huge following
• Professional editing skills
• A polished résumé

What I do need is someone who:

• Genuinely wants this
• Is self-motivated
• Thinks creatively
• Communicates well
• Is willing to learn and receptive to feedback
• Can keep up in fast-moving conversations
• Takes initiative without needing constant hand-holding
• Wants someone to finally take a chance on them and help them level up professionally

This is an entry-level creative apprenticeship designed for someone who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow alongside an emerging media platform.

The role will begin at approximately 5–10 hours per week in a collaborative environment where we build and develop the platform together, with the potential to expand into greater responsibility, increased compensation or performance-based bonuses, and profit-sharing opportunities over time.

That progression could happen quite quickly or take time depending on consistency, creativity, execution, and the overall development of the platform. Details regarding compensation, credit, ownership, and future profit-sharing will be discussed and agreed upon before beginning.
