MawaredHR is looking for a creative bilingual Content Writer who can craft compelling content in Arabic and English, ideate engaging concepts, and manage social media platforms end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality content in Arabic and English (posts, captions, scripts, ads, blogs).
• Ideate creative content ideas aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
• Manage social media platforms (planning, posting, optimization, and engagement).
• Develop content calendars and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Adapt content to different formats and platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
• Stay updated on content, social media, and industry trends.

Requirements :

• Native or fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in content writing and social media management.
• Strong ideation and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of social media best practices and platform dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in HR, SaaS, or B2B content is a plus.
• Samples of written content are mandatory.
