Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator who can communicate fluently in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video shooting, photo and video editing, and a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling. You will play a key role in producing high-quality digital content that showcases our properties, agents, and lifestyle offerings across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct on-site photo and video shoots for real estate projects, agents, and client testimonials.
• Edit videos and photos professionally for posting across social media and digital channels.
• Develop content ideas aligned with the company’s marketing strategy and brand tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign materials.
• Write bilingual captions and scripts (Arabic & English) for reels, posts, and promotional videos.
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply creative ideas to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – strict requirement.
• Proven experience in content creation, videography, and photography, ideally within real estate or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong knowledge of photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, etc.).
• Ability to shoot with professional cameras or smartphones and produce high-quality visuals.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
