Lehman Outdoors is looking for an ambitious, creative, and hardworking Content Creator to help document and grow one of the fastest growing lawn care and snow removal companies in Southeast Minnesota.

This is NOT a typical social media job.

We are looking for someone obsessed with:

• Content creation
• Branding
• Storytelling
• Social media growth
• Short form videos
• Attention grabbing content
• Building a real brand

You will work directly with the owner to capture the day to day operations of a fast growing outdoor service company while helping grow our presence across:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube

This role is heavily focused on short form content, behind the scenes footage, business growth, team culture, transformations, customer reactions, equipment, and documenting the journey of building a major company.

Responsibilities:

• Film crews, equipment, jobsites, and day to day operations
• Edit and post short form content consistently
• Create engaging reels, TikToks, shorts, and photos
• Help develop creative content ideas and hooks
• Track what content performs best and improve results over time
• Assist with branding and online growth
• Capture team culture and company story

• Comfortable filming outdoors and around crews/equipment
• Understands social media trends and attention spans
• Fast paced and competitive mindset
• Reliable and organized
• Willing to learn and improve
• Experience with video editing is preferred but not required if willing to learn quickly

Compensation:

• Base pay plus performance bonuses
• Earn additional bonuses based on social media growth and company performance

• Monthly view milestones across platforms
• New follower/subscriber growth
• Leads generated from content
• Closed jobs generated through social media
• Recruiting results from content
• Affiliate and merchandise performance

Example Bonus Opportunities:

• $100 bonus at 100,000 monthly views
• $250 bonus at 250,000 monthly views
• $500 bonus at 500,000 monthly views
• $1,000+ bonus for viral content milestones

• Earn commission on closed jobs generated directly from content
• Earn a percentage of affiliate revenue and merchandise sales generated through content and social platforms
• No cap on bonus potential for high performers
