Content Creator/ Campaign Associate

Accountability
Blue Orb is seeking a builder-minded Content Creator/Campaign Associate with deep B2B experience to support early-stage fundraising and investor engagement. This is a hands-on, creator-operator role responsible for producing high-impact content that builds credibility, trust, and momentum with investors and strategic partners.

Working closely with the CMO and cross-functional stakeholders, you will use data, testing, and AI-powered tools to refine investor personas, validate narratives, and scale content and campaigns that drive measurable engagement in a fast-moving, low-process environment.

Duties/Responsibilities
1. Own and execute content strategy as a core investor and B2B growth channel
2. Create, edit, and publish high-quality content, including:
  • LinkedIn newsletters
  • Short-form video and visual content
  • Infographics
3. Build and grow investor and B2B audiences through audience development, list management, and persona refinement
4. Design and run content-led campaigns, including investor experience journeys with defined touchpoints
5. Use testing and experimentation software to validate messaging, formats, and narratives (hands-on experience required)
6. Apply light analytics and reporting to track performance, engagement, and conversion signals
7. Translate content performance and qualitative investor feedback into actionable insights
8. Support conferences and investor events with pre- and post-event content that builds momentum and follow-through
9. Collaborate closely with the CMO and cross-functional partners to inform marketing strategy and fundraising priorities

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Experience as a LinkedIn content creator in B2B or investor-focused environments
2. Strong photo and video editing skills, with a proven ability to ship high-quality visual content
3. Experience in audience development, list management, and persona refinement
4. Hands-on experience using testing or experimentation software to optimize content and campaigns
5. Comfortable designing and executing multi-touch campaigns, including investor-focused journeys
6. Data-literate, with experience in light analytics, reporting, and insight generation
7. Strong storytelling skills paired with analytical judgment
8. Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

12. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to pivot when needed to achieve goals.
13. Proficient with Microsoft Office pack, Teams and ClickUp.
14. Must have access to reliable internet with a minimum bandwidth of 3 Mbps.
15. Must have a dedicated work computer with minimum Windows 11or MacOS 13 and 8 gigabytes of RAM.
