Compensation: $110,000–$175,000 base + performance bonus + production budget

We’re in the business of transformation from plastic and cosmetic surgery. But what we really do is give people back their confidence, their identity, and the version of themselves they recognize in the mirror. We’re looking for a content creator who can tell that story every single day, in a way that stops the scroll and makes people feel something.

This isn’t a “post three times a week and call it a content strategy” job. We want volume and craft. You’ll be our in-house storyteller, camera in one hand, edit timeline in the other, turning real patient transformations, our team, and our results into content that actually moves people.

What you’ll be doing

• Producing a high volume of content daily, short-form video, reels, before/after stories, patient testimonials, staff spotlights, behind-the-scenes, educational pieces, and more.
• Capturing it yourself: shooting and editing video and photo on-site, directing patients and staff, and making real people look and feel great on camera.
• Owning the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and our websites and knowing how to repurpose one shoot into ten pieces.
• Writing copy and hooks that are punchy, human, and emotionally honest, never clinical, never cliché.
• Reading the data. You know what a good hook rate looks like, why a video died at three seconds, and how to make the next one better.
• Managing patient consent and release paperwork for every piece of content featuring a patient.

What we’re looking for

• Healthcare/medical marketing experience. You understand HIPAA and patient photo/video consent.
• 3+ years creating content that performed - you can show us numbers, not just a pretty grid.
• You shoot and edit yourself. CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, whatever your weapon, you’re fast and good with it.
• A genuine eye for story and emotion. You can make a 30-second clip feel like it matters.
• Prolific by nature. You’d rather make ten things and learn from them than agonize over one.
• Comfortable directing real people - patients, staff, surgeons - and putting them at ease on camera.

Bonus points

• You’ve grown a brand or personal account from scratch and have the receipts.
• Experience in aesthetics, med-spa, cosmetic, plastic surgery, or wellness content.
• You can manage freelance editors or shooters to scale output beyond what one person can do.
• You actually like being on-site and part of a team, not behind a laptop somewhere remote.

Compensation & structure

• Base salary: $110,000–$175,000, depending on experience.
• Performance bonus: tied to content output, reach, and the leads/consultations your work drives.
• Production budget: we’ll fund freelance editing and shooting support so you’re a creative director and engine, not a one-person bottleneck.
