Content Creator/ Content Manager

Overview
We’re looking for a Content Creator / Content Manager to primarily film and help execute street interview-style content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, understands how to capture engaging footage in real-world environments, and can help bring content ideas to life.

You’ll work closely with the on-camera host to film, troubleshoot, and ensure content is captured smoothly and professionally.

Duties

• Film street interview content in public settings
• Capture high-quality video and audio in dynamic environments
• Set up and manage basic filming equipment (phone/camera, mic, lighting if needed)
• Frame shots, adjust angles, and ensure subjects are clearly captured
• Assist with coordinating shoots and managing footage
• Provide input on content execution and filming approach

Requirements

• Experience filming content
• Good understanding of framing, audio quality, and lighting basics
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-location
• Comfortable working in public / fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail while filming

Pay: $200.00 - $200,000.00 per month
