Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our team at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should be smart, presentable, and comfortable in front of the camera, with a passion for content and creative storytelling. You will play a key role in creating engaging content across digital platforms to strengthen HCA’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Shoot and appear in short-form video content/reels as part of brand campaigns.
• Assist in developing creative content ideas that align with Unlimitr brand voice and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
• Research industry-related topics and suggest new content ideas to increase engagement.
• Support in managing content calendars and posting schedules.
• Stay updated on content trends, digital platforms, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 0–2 year of experience in content creation (internship/freelance experience will be considered).
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality with good on-camera presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design/video editing platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
