To achieve this, we are seeking a young, innovative, and highly creative Content Creator who will not just make videos but bring bold ideas to life as a Creative Director for our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction and Content Creation:
• Generate innovative video ideas, develop detailed storyboards, and write engaging scripts in coordination with agents.
• Plan, direct, and supervise on-site video shoots, deciding scenes, camera angles, pacing, and transitions like a creative director.
• Guide agents and videographers during shoots to capture compelling visuals and authentic presentations.

• Social Media Strategy and Execution:
• Post finished video content across all Bluechip Real Estate social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, formats, and viral content strategies.
• Create captivating video hooks and write effective short-form content optimized for social media virality.
• Conduct research on trending topics and content types to draft content designed to maximize engagement and shares.
• Collaborate closely with the videographer to select video music, control clip cutting, pacing, and seamless transitions.

• Agent and Team Collaboration:
• Convince and motivate our agents to participate confidently in videos with clear communication and direction.
• Work hand-in-hand with videographer, editors, and marketing teams ensuring consistent execution of creative vision.

• Quality Assurance and Growth:
• Ensure all content aligns with Bluechip’s brand, standards, and business goals.
• Help grow Bluechip’s social media presence through strategic, viral-oriented content planning and posting.

Requirements

• Age 21 to 26 years.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills; demonstrated ability to produce engaging video content.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills to direct agents and teams.
• Proficient in creating storyboards and visual planning.
• Experience in directing video shoots and managing production dynamics on-site.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, viral trends, and video marketing best practices.
• Ability to craft compelling hooks and short-form captions that drive shares and engagement.
• Skilled in researching viral content topics and competitive analysis.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with videographers on music choice, video pacing, clip editing, and transitions.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
