What You’ll Do
Plan & manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook
Write engaging content on business, startups & brands
Lead a 3-member creative team & review content before publishing
Ensure brand consistency across campaigns
Track performance, analyze insights & bring fresh ideas
Experiment with reels, campaigns & employee engagement activities
Foster a happy, creative, and collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in content creation & social media management
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a business/brand focus
Ability to lead, mentor & review the work of a small creative team
Knowledge of branding, marketing & digital trends
Hands-on skills in Designing, shooting & editing -ability to use cameras, gimbals & editing tools
Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro & related design/editing software
Familiarity with basic digital marketing & performance marketing strategies

Must be Fluent in English and Malayalam
