We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Content & Creator Executive to join our team in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, nurturing, and managing a portfolio of top-tier influencers, primarily within the MENA market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful talent management.
What You'll Do

Influencer Scouting & Recruitment: Proactively identify and recruit emerging and established influencers across various niches (e.g., beauty, fashion, tech, gaming, lifestyle, food) who align with our company's values and brand partnerships.

Talent Nurturing & Development: Build strong, trust-based relationships with influencers, understanding their career goals, creative aspirations, and brand preferences. Provide guidance and support for their growth and professional development.

Active Talent Pitching: Proactively pitch our exclusive talent roster to relevant brands and agencies, identifying opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and long-term brand ambassadorships. Develop compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the unique value and reach of our influencers.

Campaign Management & Execution: Work closely with our brand partnerships team to match influencers with relevant campaigns. Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from brief interpretation and content creation to review, approval, and performance tracking.

Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations for influencer fees, deliverables, and usage rights, ensuring favorable terms for both the talent and the company.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track influencer performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide regular reports to both influencers and internal teams. Identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned influencers, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research & Trends: Stay abreast of the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices in MENA and globally.

Problem Solving :Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise in campaigns or influencer relationships.
Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience in talent management, influencer relations, or a similar role within the digital marketing or entertainment industry, specifically in Dubai.

Demonstrable network of established relationships with influencers and key industry contacts in MENA region.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.

Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

A keen eye for talent and a passion for supporting creative individuals.

Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
