Content Creator (Female) — Dermatology Clinic (Social Media)

The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing short-form content that reflects the clinic’s standards, tone, and visual identity. This role requires close coordination with the marketing and clinic teams to ensure content is compliant, professional, and aligned with patient privacy and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Produce short-form content for Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat in line with the clinic’s brand and communication standards.

Plan and execute content shoots within the clinic, including behind-the-scenes, educational segments, treatment-focused content (as permitted), and promotional campaigns.

Edit videos with clear structure, captions/subtitles, appropriate transitions, and platform-optimized formats.

Develop content ideas and scripts/talking points for skincare and dermatology-related topics in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of draft content for review and approval.

Ensure all content adheres to clinic policies, including patient consent, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares, DMs) and provide recommendations to improve results.

Support campaign launches, seasonal initiatives, and clinic promotions through relevant content assets.

Requirements

Female candidate (on-camera content role requirement).

Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, and Snapchat (portfolio required).

Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar.

Comfortable presenting on camera with clear communication skills.

Ability to work in a structured environment and coordinate with clinic schedules.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, brand consistency, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or healthcare content creation.

Familiarity with creating educational content while maintaining a professional and compliant tone.

Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) for social assets and story layouts.

Education:

Bachelors Degree (a plus)

Certificate in Digital AI (a plus)
