Content Creator for Social Media (Christian Organization)

Job Overview

Our team manages the digital marketing for a variety of businesses and organizations, both local in San Luis Obispo County, and others across the country that we manage remotely.

We are looking to hire a highly creative and uniquely gifted content creator for content on a variety of social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for coming up with strategic and creative content ideas quarterly, and creating the content. Ideally most will be video content.

NOTE: We do have an in-house video editing team, so the post-production will not be the responsibility of this individual, but they will be responsible to art-direct and critique the edited content until it meets final approval.

This person should come equipped with their own video recording equipment.

An example scenario:

You are tasked with coming up with the content for a plumbing company. You present the leadership with concepts for a 4x per week social media content schedule, and once approved, you will then work on filming all content...by traveling on site to capture work in progress, or by working with your own relationships or abilities to have on camera people as needed per your creative ideas.

You capture the content, submit it to the post-production editor with art direction...and work with them until it is approved...and then schedule it for posting on social media.

All content that you got approved on your content schedule that is photo based, you capture the photos and submit it for editing, and then post according to schedule.

All content that involves graphic design work, you submit to the production team with your art direction, and post it once it meets approval.

After the end of the quarter, you meet with leadership to review which content pieces performed the best, and worst....and then start the plan for the next quarter.

NOTE:

Many of our clients are Christian faith-based organizations or churches. So someone with experience in, or with those types of organizations are the best candidates.

There are no pre-set hours. And we will begin by having you manage a small amount of clients, only 6. But once the relationship is founded, we will potentially offer more clients with increased pay.

Must be local to the San Luis Obispo County area.

Pay: From $1,000.00 per month
