Content Creator / Micro Influencer (Middle Tennessee)

SEAINT is building a local network of creators, influencers, and on-camera talent to help produce premium social media content, short-form videos, brand campaigns, and digital creative assets for modern businesses and brands.

We are looking for content creators, micro influencers, UGC creators, and social-media-savvy talent in Middle Tennessee who are confident on camera, reliable, creative, and serious about growing into a long-term paid opportunity.

This is not just a one-time freelance gig. We are building a trusted creator team for ongoing campaigns, recurring deliverables, and long-term brand partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our creator network, you may be asked to:

• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid ads
• Record talking-head videos, lifestyle clips, and UGC-style content
• Participate in local shoots, brand campaigns, and content sessions
• Follow creative direction while still bringing your own personality and presence
• Help brands create content that feels polished, authentic, and high-converting

You do not need to be a celebrity influencer. We are looking for people who know how to communicate well on camera, create engaging content, and show up professionally.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for creators who are:

• Comfortable being on camera
• Confident, coachable, and easy to direct
• Reliable and able to communicate clearly
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Reels, or short-form content
• Interested in long-term paid opportunities
• Located in Middle Tennessee

Prior experience in content creation, social media, brand work, modeling, or influencing is a plus — but not required if you have strong presence, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

This opportunity begins with a paid trial / onboarding phase.

We use this phase to identify creators who are a strong fit for our team, brand standards, and workflow. This is designed to be a mutual fit process — giving you the opportunity to work with us, understand our style, and prove your ability in a real creative environment.

Trial / Onboarding Compensation

During the initial onboarding phase, creators may be compensated through either:

• $25/hour

or

• $100 per approved deliverable

This phase is intended to evaluate:

• communication
• professionalism
• on-camera confidence
• consistency
• creative execution
• ability to follow direction

Creators who perform well during the onboarding phase may be offered ongoing recurring work and expanded opportunities within our network.

Long-Term Earning Potential

For creators who are a strong fit and remain consistent, this opportunity can grow into:

• $2,000 – $8,000 per month potential

Compensation after the trial/onboarding phase is based on:

• performance
• consistency
• availability
• deliverable quality
• campaign fit
