Job Description

• Research new content ideas weekly. Analyze our competitors top-performing posts, ads & trending content ideas
• Conduct influencer research using competitors collaborations, hashtags, & research tools i.e. MoDash, Upfluence, UpDog
• Influencer research, outreach and negotiation
• Structure and manage auto-campaigns using tools like StackInfluencer and Collabtr
• Shoot and create custom content with the company’s products
• Develop and manage a posting & scheduling calendar
• Learn from courses how to use AI tools to generate cool & viral-worthy AI content for social media. Apply the learnings to generate weekly AI content
• Manage and schedule posts using Social Pilot / Social Sprout
• Manage weekly giveaways and contests
• Onboard affiliate partnerships & blogs to earn affiliate commissions via Amazon creator connections. Qualify & approve inbound collaboration requests

Job Requirements

• Social media savvy
• Minimum 2 years experience in social media role
• Camera confident and willing to create content on social media
• Minimum 3 years editing experience with CapCut (Video), and Canva (for GIFs and static posts).
• Experience with creating UGC content
• Proficiency is desired with AI video tools i.e. ChatGPT Sora, Google Veo 3 or MidJourney to create content and reels
• Female preferred, age <35
