Content Creator Intern – Construction & Brand Media

This is your opportunity to document the journey from the inside.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Filming real construction projects in action
• Capturing behind-the-scenes team culture
• Turning everyday work into engaging short-form content
• Editing Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
• Writing hooks, scripts, and story-driven posts
• Helping shape the voice of the company online
• Bringing ideas to the table (not just executing ours)

We don’t want someone who waits for direction. We want someone who sees opportunities and says, “We should film this.”

Who This Is Perfect For

• A film, media, or marketing student who wants real responsibility
• Someone already creating content on their own
• Someone who understands attention, trends, and storytelling
• Someone who wants to grow into a larger creative role
• Someone who cares about building something meaningful

You should be comfortable filming on an iPhone or camera and editing in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools.
