Kingdom Identity Church is a growing ministry focused on teaching identity, faith, purpose, and kingdom living. We are building a strong digital presence to reach and impact people through inspiring content, teaching, and community engagement.

We are looking for a creative, motivated intern who wants real-world experience building a ministry brand from the ground up.

Position Overview

The Content Creator Intern will help develop, create, and manage content across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their portfolio, strengthen their resume, and gain hands-on experience in content strategy, video creation, and digital ministry.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Assist in planning weekly/monthly content calendars
• Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Help manage posting schedules and captions
• Monitor engagement and suggest growth strategies
• Repurpose sermons, teachings, and audio into social media content
• Support brand consistency across platforms
• Brainstorm creative ideas for viral and inspirational content

Requirements

• Interest in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or media production
• Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Willingness to learn tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to take direction
• Reliable, teachable, and able to manage deadlines
• Strong written communication skills for captions and engagement
• Ability to work independently in a remote or flexible environment
• Passion for ministry, storytelling, or purpose-driven content creation is highly preferred
• Must be a professing Christian and actively practicing the Christian faith
• Must agree with and be willing to uphold Kingdom Identity Church’s Statement of Faith
• Must demonstrate a commitment to representing Christian values and integrity in all content and communication

Preferred

• Currently studying marketing, communications, media, graphic design, or related field
• Experience creating short-form video content or managing social media pages
• Familiarity with trends, hooks, and viral content structure
• Basic understanding of branding and audience engagement
