Job Summary

We’re looking for a high-energy, Gen-Z Content Creator who lives and breathes content.

Someone who understands attention, storytelling, trends, and AI tools—and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form & long-form content for: LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Blogs, Website
• Convert ideas, product features & insights into: Reels, carousels, posts, blogs, landing-page copy
• Work closely with founders, marketing & design teams
• Repurpose one idea into multiple content formats
• Track what’s working and optimize based on performance
• Stay on top of: Social trends, AI updates, creator economy shifts.
• Stay updated with video trends, formats, and platform algorithms
• Maintain consistency with NetSet’s brand tone and visual identity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience as a Content Creator / Video Creator
• Strong portfolio of video content (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.
• Understanding of framing, lighting, sound, and storytelling
• Ability to simplify IT/tech concepts into engaging visual content
• Experience creating B2B or tech-related videos is a plus

Good to Have

• Motion graphics or animation skills
• On-camera presence or experience handling interviews
• Experience with LinkedIn & YouTube video growth
• Basic knowledge of AI, SaaS, or software services
