About the Role

We’re hiring a Content Creator Lead to own and scale our content engine across social media, website, email, video, and property portals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is both strategic and highly productive, using AI tools as a force multiplier, without compromising quality, accuracy, or brand voice.

You’ll be responsible for producing, publishing, and optimising high-volume, multi-platform content that drives engagement, visibility, and leads in a fast-paced real estate environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end content strategy, calendar, and execution
• Create and oversee content across social, blog, email, website, portals, and video
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to increase speed and scale
• Maintain brand voice, quality control, and editorial standards
• Publish and adapt content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and email
• Write SEO-optimised blogs, property descriptions, and thought leadership pieces
• Track performance and optimise content based on engagement and growth metrics
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Sales teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in content creation, content marketing, or editorial roles
• Proven experience using AI tools for content production
• Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple formats
• Strong understanding of social platforms and content performance
• Highly organised, fast-moving, and comfortable with volume
• Real estate, luxury, or lifestyle content experience is a plus
