Content Creator — Marketing Background

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate, skilled Content Creator with a solid marketing background to join our team. In this role, you will produce engaging, on-brand content across digital and social platforms to strengthen Scrub N's brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support our e-commerce and marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the Scrub N website.
  • Build and manage a UGC strategy by sourcing, curating, and repurposing authentic content from the Scrub N customer and healthcare community.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations — from identifying and vetting profiles to briefing, coordinating deliverables, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Write compelling product descriptions, blogs, email newsletters, and social captions optimized for SEO and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) by producing creative assets that convert.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels in both Arabic and English.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify content opportunities and stay ahead of platform algorithm changes.
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce and retail team to create product-focused content that enhances the online shopping experience.
  • Proactively generate creative ideas for content themes, campaigns, and storytelling formats that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in content creation with a marketing focus (agency or brand-side).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals — SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize content accordingly.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand identity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in the fashion, retail, or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with Excel and E-commerce platforms (Zid, Shopify, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign performance tracking.
  • Photography and videography skills with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
