Job Description

· primary tasks are ensuring the content that goes out for all events are accurate.

· sorting the data for the email campaigns, managing the data coordinator creating scripts during the events

· maintaining a social media calendar to keep track of the event promotions that are happening on a day-to-day basis.

· create content on the go for posts and emails that need to be sent out.

Email Marketing & Campaign Management:

· Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for all events.

· Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including delivery rates, open rates, and unique clicks.

· Send inquires for the people who have shown interest in the campaign.

· Besides from the content being set – the artworks are created by designers and approval is given by the Conference Producer and Marketing Manager

Media & Public Relations:

· Identify and coordinate with industry-specific and region-specific media partners and publications.

· Negotiate media barter deals.

· Develop press releases, newsletters, and promotional content for various channels.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

· Develop content calendars for social media campaigns and event promotions.

· Create the content to be shared with the design team, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

· Optimize content with relevant industry keywords.

· Proofread marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, branding materials and banners.

· Creating scripts during the event.

· Develop media kits for the partners.

Data Coordination

· Assigning what data needs to be collected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
