Content Creator / Marketing Intern

Role Type: Part-Time (Growth potential to Full-Time/Client-Facing)

We are a fast-paced marketing agency looking for a Content Creator who is a true utility hire. We need someone who can wear multiple hats, act as the "face" of our brand on camera, and handle the technical side of content production with ease.

You’re the perfect fit if you are as comfortable strategizing a PR post as you are filming a "Day in the Life" reel or jumping into a client project when the team needs an extra set of creative eyes.

The Mission

Your goal is to be the ultimate creative resource for our internal brand and, eventually, our clients:

* On-Camera Personality: Hosting office segments, explaining marketing trends, and bringing a high-energy presence to our social channels.

* Content Production: Filming and editing high-quality, short-form video (TikTok/Reels) that captures the "behind the scenes" of agency life.

* Strategic Utility: Assisting with PR posts, creative brainstorming, and basic marketing tasks as needed.

* Client Support: As you prove your utility in-house, you’ll transition into creating content for our roster of diverse clients.

* Camera-Ready: You have the confidence to be the personality in front of the lens.

* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in mobile editing (CapCut/InShot) and social media platforms.

* Marketing Minded: You understand that great content serves a business purpose.

This starts as a part-time position focused on our internal brand, but for a high-performing "utility" player, the ceiling is non-existent. We want someone who wants to grow with us, eventually taking on client accounts and more hours as the agency scales.
