Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator – Media to develop engaging digital content that aligns with our brand voice and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling written, visual, and video content across multiple platforms to enhance audience engagement, brand visibility, and impact storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content including posts, captions, articles, reels, short videos, and stories for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop content calendars in coordination with media and communications teams.
• Capture and edit photos and videos from events, campaigns, and field activities.
• Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for digital platforms and campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and program teams to translate ideas into impactful content.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Ensure all content aligns with organizational values, messaging, and branding guidelines.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support coverage of organizational events, campaigns, and partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media executive, or media officer.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar).
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with NGOs, foundations, or sustainability-focused organizations.
• On-camera confidence and voice-over skills.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, and short-form video trends.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 – 9 per week
