Content Creator / Media Manager

Job Summary

Emerson Paints is seeking a creative and reliable Content Creator / Media Manager to document and promote our residential and commercial painting projects. This position requires travel to active job sites in Hagerstown and Montgomery County to capture high-quality photo and video content.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the field, creating engaging social media content, and helping grow a local brand.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites in and around Hagerstown MD and Montgomery County
• Capture professional-quality photos and videos (before, during, and after project completion)
• Create and edit short-form video content
• Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards
• Collaborate with team members to highlight projects and milestones
• Monitor engagement and recommend content improvements

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel locally to various job sites
• Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Experience with video editing software or mobile editing apps
• Comfortable working around active construction/painting environments
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred (Not Required):

• Copywriting skills for captions and marketing content
• Experience managing business social media accounts
