We aren't a typical dealership.

We sell tractors, hay, implements, and ranch supplies. We operate one of East Texas' premier equipment auctions and are building a modern rural brand based on old-school values.

We believe people want honesty, education, and real experiences, not polished commercials.

We're looking for someone who can help us tell that story.

What You'll Do

Your job is not to sit behind a desk making graphics.

Your job is to capture real life.

You will work directly with ownership to document our day-to-day operations and turn them into engaging content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our website.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow our team throughout the day capturing video and photos.
• Film tractors, equipment demonstrations, hay deliveries, auctions, community events, repairs, and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos.
• Create YouTube content and YouTube Shorts.
• Create Facebook and Instagram Reels.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Organize and maintain our photo and video library.
• Help develop new ideas for content that educates and entertains our customers.
• Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT to help create scripts, captions, titles, and marketing material.

The Person We're Looking For

You may be a photographer, videographer, content creator, ranch kid, rodeo enthusiast, or simply someone who loves telling stories.

We care more about talent and work ethic than a college degree.

You should:

• Enjoy being around tractors, equipment, agriculture, and rural life.
• Be comfortable filming in outdoor environments.
• Have experience with video editing software.
• Understand Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Be organized and self-motivated.
• Have a creative eye for storytelling.
• Be willing to occasionally work evenings and weekends during auctions and community events.

Drone experience and photography experience are a plus but not required.

Equipment & Skills

Preferred experience with:

• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Canva
• DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Smartphone content creation
• Wireless audio equipment
• Social media scheduling platforms

What Success Looks Like

Each week we want to produce:

• 1 YouTube video
• 10-20 short-form videos
• Daily social media content
• High-quality photos of inventory and events
• Content that builds trust and drives customers into our business

Why This Job Is Different

You won't be creating content for a company that sits in an office.

You'll be documenting tractor deliveries, equipment auctions, hay trucks from across the Southwest, community events, ranch life, and the growth of a family-owned East Texas business.
