Isla Bohemian is a soft, effortless boho clothing brand focused on natural fabrics like cotton gauze and flowy, breathable pieces you’ll want to live in.

We create everyday clothing that feels easy, comfortable, and beautiful—designed for real life, not just photos.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone creative and reliable to help bring our brand to life through simple, beautiful content.

• Film short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
• Capture lifestyle photos (indoor + outdoor natural light)
• Style outfits in a soft, effortless way
• Help maintain a consistent, calm brand aesthetic
• Light editing using apps like CapCut or similar

Content Style

We are not looking for overly posed or high-production content.

Our style is:

• Soft, natural, effortless
• Slow movement (walking, turning, fabric flowing)
• Clean, minimal backgrounds
• Calm, peaceful energy

Think: barefoot, relaxed, “no plan” kind of day

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable on camera
• Has a good eye for natural light and simple composition
• Familiar with Instagram / TikTok content trends
• Can follow a clear brand direction
• Reliable and easy to communicate with
• Bonus: interest in fashion, boho style, or slow fashion

Pay

• Starting at $25–$40/hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity to grow with the brand
